Order Process
After you place an order, we need 4-7 working days to process your order and provide the order tracking number(Shipping company:FedEX or UPS \ DHL\usps) Please allow up to 14 business days for your items of purchase to be delivered. IF you have not received your item by the 14th day email the team at info@thekuteboutique.com so we can address the matter ASAP

When your order exceeds 2 days, we will not be able to cancel your order. Therefore, when you encounter time issues, please contact us to speed up the order. Aphrodite will send your order as soon as possible. Orders that have been placed cannot be refunded.

Operational Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays

Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 9:00 p.m. will begin processing the following business day.

 Damaged or Lost Packages: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@thekuteboutique.com within 2 days with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

 

ABOUT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please note: We cannot ship to a PO BOX address. The address we will send to is the same as your delivery address provided. Please confirm that your address is used normally. If you need to change the address, please contact your dedicated customer service team at info@thekuteboutique.com We will assist you to send the goods to the correct address.

If you need an urgent order, please contact us. We will inform you if the items you need to order are available for urgent shipping or not.
